No minimums — we welcome all sellers, whether you're just starting out or a seasoned veteran moving tens of thousands of units per month. Our pricing naturally rewards higher volumes as you grow.

We primarily support Amazon FBA (US marketplace), but we can also prep for Amazon Canada, Walmart Marketplace, and direct-to-consumer fulfillment. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Our warehouse is located in Oregon, USA. Oregon is one of the few states with no sales tax — which means when you ship inventory to our facility, you're not subject to sales tax on those purchases. For high-volume sellers sourcing products, this can translate to meaningful savings over time. It's one more reason Oregon is a smart home base for your prep operations.

Our flat per-unit rate is all-inclusive — receiving, quality inspection, FNSKU labeling, poly bagging or bubble wrap, and outbound shipping coordination are all covered. Rates vary by volume tier and seller type (OA vs. Wholesale/PL). The only add-on fees are for specialized categories: shoes ($3.00/unit), oversized items ($5.00/unit), hazmat ($5.00/outbound box), and bundling ($0.50 per unit beyond the first 5, which are included). Absolutely not. Transparency is one of our core values. You'll receive a detailed quote before we begin, and your invoice will match exactly what was quoted. The only additional charges would be for services not included in your original plan, which we always confirm with you first.

Yes! We offer tiered pricing that automatically gives you better rates as your volume increases. Sellers processing 5,000+ units per month qualify for our preferred pricing tier. Contact us for a custom quote.

You can ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or any freight carrier (LTL/FTL). During onboarding, we'll provide you with our full receiving address and specific instructions for labeling your inbound shipments so we can process them quickly.

Yes! We have a dock and can receive palletized LTL and FTL shipments. We'll unload, count, inspect, and log everything. You'll receive a full receiving report within 24 hours.

Absolutely. We create your FBA shipping plans and can split shipments across as many Amazon fulfillment centers as needed. We handle all box labeling and carrier coordination.

As soon as your shipment is checked in, you'll be notified directly on your client dashboard. You'll also receive email notifications for both inbound receiving and outbound shipments to Amazon — so you always know exactly where your inventory stands without having to ask.

Yes — your first 30 days of storage are included free with every shipment. After 30 days, a $0.01 per unit per day fee applies. That said, most inventory is prepped and sent to Amazon within 48 hours of arrival, so long-term storage fees rarely come into play for the majority of our clients.

Most standard orders are prepped and shipped within 24 hours of receiving your inventory. Complex orders (bundling, kitting, large volumes) may take 24-48 hours. During Q4 peak season, turnaround may extend slightly, but we always communicate expected timelines upfront.

Yes! We offer same-day rush processing for an additional fee. If you need your inventory prepped and shipped ASAP, just let us know when you submit your order and we'll prioritize it.
